Information about delivery, collection and cancellation
Delivery
We differentiate between the following two shipping methods for deliveries:
- Freight forwarding: Shipping of large furniture (room dividers)
- Parcel shipping: Parcels and small furniture
You can find out which shipping method is used for which products on the item page in the “Shipping” tab.
Who will deliver my order?

Parcel shipping: Our packages are delivered by DHL or DPD. For small furniture we use GEL Express shipping. The companies deliver between Monday and Friday. There is no delivery on weekends.

Forwarding shipping: Delivery is carried out via various furniture shipping companies, which deliver the furniture professionally. In order to enable delivery, please remember to provide a daytime telephone number (preferably a mobile phone number) when purchasing/ordering. Delivery takes place to the so-called curbside, i.e. h. The shipping company is only responsible for delivery to your house, but not for transport to your apartment.
How long is the delivery time for an order?

Parcel shipping: The delivery time is shown on the item page. If the item is in stock, the delivery time within Germany is 3-5 days, abroad it is 5-10 days.

Forwarding: The delivery time is shown on the item page. If the item is in stock, the delivery time within Germany is 10-15 days, abroad it is 10-20 days.
How do I find out when the delivery time is?

Parcel shipping: When the goods have been shipped you will receive an email with the shipment tracking link. Tracking the shipment is usually possible after 1 day.
When shipping coffee tables and wooden lamps, the delivery consists of several packages (tracking number). Although the packages are sent at the same time, it may happen that the packages are delivered on different days. When shipping small furniture for GEL Express forwarding, an electronic notification of the delivery date takes place via SMS.

Shipping: When the goods have been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email. Online tracking of the shipment is not possible.The
shipping company will inform you of the exact delivery date by telephone before delivery.
Are there any special considerations when shipping the furniture?

Parcel shipping: Unfortunately, delivery to a packing station is not possible.

Forwarding: Our forwarding company works with direct deliveries. This means that all customers in a specific zip code region are delivered in one tour. Therefore, unfortunately no scheduled delivery times are possible. The furniture shipping company will inform you of the exact delivery date in advance by telephone. Please try to make the appropriate appointment possible. Parking the goods in a garage (or carport) or with a neighbor are also possible options.
We are aware of the problems with this type of delivery. However, this allows us to ensure direct delivery and careful handling of the goods. Reloading, intermediate transport and thus also transport damage can be minimized.
If I purchase multiple products, will they be delivered together?
If you order more than one product, we will try our best to deliver everything in one shipment. If the delivery time is extended exceptionally as a result, we will contact you and discuss the option of a partial delivery.
How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery within Germany: Delivery of our furniture within Germany is free.

Delivery abroad: The shipping costs can be found in the "Shipping" tab under the link: "Shipping cost table" The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.
Is there a shipping discount?
When ordering multiple products for delivery abroad, you benefit from our shipping cost cap. From an order value of 801 euros, the shipping costs remain fixed at 99 euros.
To which countries is delivery possible?

Forwarding: In addition to Germany, delivery is available to Austria, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium.

Parcel shipping: In addition to Germany, delivery is possible to Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Is delivery also possible to other countries?
If you cannot select your country when shipping, please contact us by email or by phone.
What should you pay attention to when delivering to Switzerland?
The costs for customs clearance and the preparation of export documents are already included in the shipping costs for Switzerland. The Swiss import tax, on the other hand, is settled directly by the shipping company with the customer.These costs are not included in the shipping costs
Pickup
Is it possible to pick up the order?
The furniture can of course also be picked up from our shipping warehouse in Stuttgart. After placing your order with self-collection, we will automatically contact you regarding the collection date.

Revocation
Can I return the order?
Of course. You have 30 days after receipt of the goods to cancel your order from us. This does not apply to custom-made products. If this is the case for items, we will inform you separately when confirming the order.
Handmade natural product. Unevenness and color errors are possible and are not grounds for complaint

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract to the following warehouse address:

Who pays the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive the return, you will receive a confirmation by email and we will refund your payment within 7 days. We use the payment method in which we received your payment.
