Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or last piece. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us Möbel Bressmer inform you about your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form , but not that is mandatory. To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Consequences of revocation If you revoke this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You must deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.For shipments from non-EU countries (Switzerland), additional costs such as customs clearance and fees may be added. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Notes on the cancellation policy
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (Section 312 g Paragraph 2, Sentence 1 No. 1 BGB).
- The right of withdrawal is only available to the customer who is a consumer - § 13 BGB: A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
