Shipping policy
Our high-quality furniture made of bamboo and root wood is located in our warehouses in Germany. After we have received your payment, we will immediately dispatch your order. Here we work with qualified shipping companies who deliver your furniture professionally. Every delivery is notified in advance by email or telephone.
Our freight forwarders work on the basis of the General German Freight Forwarder Conditions (ADSp). Delivery takes place to the first lockable door (front door).

Delivery within Germany is free shipping.
Shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France:
The shipping costs depend on the order value:
1 - 199 euros Order value: 19.00 Shipping costs
200 - 399 euros Order value: 49.00 Shipping costs
400 - 599 euros order value 99.00 euros Shipping costs
600 1,498 euros order value 139.00 euros Shipping costs
from 1,500 euros order value 169.00 euros shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the order value:
1 - 199 euros Order value: 109.00 Shipping costs
200 - 599 euros Order value: 179.00 Shipping costs

from 1,500 euros order value 269.00 shipping costs
The costs for customs clearance and the preparation of export documents are already included in the shipping costs for Switzerland. The Swiss import tax, on the other hand, is settled directly by the shipping company with the customer. These costs are not included in the shipping costs.

Shipping costs in case of cancellation:
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Pickup of your order from the Filderstadt warehouse (near Stuttgart Airport)
The furniture can of course also be picked up from our shipping warehouse in Stuttgart.After placing your order with self-collection, we will automatically contact you regarding the collection date.
